We Are Open for Business

Our business has always been driven by service and we will continue as we always have, filling your needs as our customers. We want to make you as comfortable as possible during these trying times, we all are facing. We have instituted some guidelines to protect our employees and customers moving forward and we are adjusting as needed to comply with the current conditions.

Farmers Equipment Inc is taking the COVID-19 pandemic seriously by taking necessary precautions and stepping up our sanitation and disinfectant procedures. We want to be as clean and germ-free as possible to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and employees so we can continue to serve you.

Our doors are still open, but if you don’t feel comfortable coming into the store, we will come to you.

Call in and order your parts.  We offer curb-side delivery to your vehicle or drop ship delivery to your farm.

We have qualified Service Field Technicians with fully equipped service trucks that will travel to you and service your equipment.

You can call your salesman and buy equipment over the phone and we will deliver the equipment to you.  Also, you can always check out our Used Equipment selection online.

We will also be utilizing social media to keep you up-to-date and informed about our current operational business procedures during this time.

We hope and intend to stay open unless ordered to close by the authorities, but we are making some adjustments.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Operational and Business Procedures

We have implemented rigorous cleaning procedures to keep our customers and employees safe. Please help us by observing the following:

  1. If you have any symptoms of being sick or have been exposed to someone who is, please do not come in the store. Call your local Farmers Equipment Inc and we will take your order over the phone and bring your part(s) out and load it in your vehicle. If you are interested in an equipment purchase, we can deliver it to you.
  2. Try to stay at least 6 feet away from other customers or Farmers Equipment Inc employees and avoid shaking hands if possible. We will be putting up a barrier at our parts counter for your protection as well as ours.
  3. Please cover your mouth and nose with tissue if you sneeze or cough. There is a box of tissues just inside the door. If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into our upper sleeve, not your hands.
  4. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.

Thank you for your patronage and consideration. Hopefully, things will return to normal soon. Until then, let’s all work together to stop the spread of the Coronavirus – COVID-19.
